Terms and conditions of the game

By participating in the Game, participants confirm that they are familiar with the game rules and assume full responsibility for themselves within the Game including their state of health; participants confirm that they will not claim against the organizers for the lost belongings or injuries received from the members' own negligence, underestimation of conditions and/or other members fault.

GAME RULES

The number of participants should not exceed 7 persons. Organizers can also determine the smaller number of participants in one group according to the specifics of the Game.

Children under the age of 9 may participate in a game only with parents, guardians, or other accompanying participants aged 9 or older.

Participants should arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start of the reserved time to listen to the briefing.

Service can be paid in cash or via an internet bank transfer.

Reservations can be canceled no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. Cancellations must be made during Escape Room Daugavpils' working hours.

Reservations must be made at least 3 hours before the game starts. For more spontaneous reservations, please call +371 20337130 to check availability.

The administration reserves the right to cancel a reservation if incorrect email addresses or non-existent phone numbers are provided in the reservation form.

During the game you are prohibitet to use cell phones, as well as audio and video recording or other electronical devices.

Each participant is personally responsible for his commitment to the game equipment and its maintenance for its full value amount. In case of damage or loss to/of equipment participants cover the losses of the organizers.

It is not allowed to smoke, drink alcohol, use any other intoxicating substances, nor be under the influence of these substances on the premises of Escape Room Daugavpils. It is also forbidden to run, crowd, jostle, push or pull the other, as well as fight. Violating this rule, members can be expelled from the premises without any refund.

From 25.05.2018 your Escape Room photos will be published on our social networks only with your permission to publish.

Escape Room Daugavpils is obliged to disclose personal data to state and municipal officials in cases that are prescribed by law . We will be forced to disclose the consumer's personal information when required by law.

Escape Room Daugavpils take all possible measures for the security of your personal information in order to protect it from theft, misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and damage.
